Is there a fuse for the Fuel Pump, or anyway I could power up my car with the fuel pump disconnected. I have my engine out in the shop, and im working on audio stuff, so I want power to the cab, but do not want fuel squirting out. Is the only plug on the fuel tank somewhere? or is there a fuse inside the cabin/trunk that I could just take out? Thanks!

Yup, just pull the fuse. It's with the other fuses on the fuse panel.

I was wrong, the 1987 Lancer doesn't have a fuel pump fuse.

It looks like the pump gets voltage from the power module in the engine compartment.

Look on the power module for a 10 way (wire) connector (plug) and unplug it from the power module. With it unplugged power wont be able to get to the pump.
