Pretty sure it's green (harness signal) to black (sensor signal) on O2 sensor.

The other two just go to the heater, and it doesn't matter which one connects to what wire.

Per is right. On a three wire O2 sensor the odd color is the sensor lead, the other two are for the heating element.

Depending on what side of the intake manifold you're talking about, it's either the PCV or brake booster vacuum sources.

Hey the motor is up and running! two more things
On the bunch of wires that lead down to the starter, theres a thick brown wire cut clean off, as well as a 2 pronged female plug, any ideas?

Theres a ground already so the brown wire must be something else...

green with black - white (13 volts)
dark grey - white (barely anything)
black with green - black (fluctuating 0-1v)

The AF guage shows stoich but it does not bounce back and forth, its in the center flickering very quickly. Shouldnt the AF guage bounce back and forth?

When i had the O2 hooked up WRONG it ran much better.
Also the last time we timed it the O2 wouldnt have been hooked up right. Would this cause the idle to become so sh!tty it stalls?

Silly question, but you did let the engine warm up long enough to get out of loop, didn't ya? The a/f will just flicker in the middle until then.
