no power without SMEC?

will a car that has the computer out of it still beable to get power to the accessories?? such as the windows, mirrors, dome light, etc..

This car I have doesn't have a computer yet and I installed a new battery and there is no power anything other then the 4 way flashers.

Yeah, all that stuff should still work.

Look for a blown fusible link.

Not fuses, fusible links.

Also, make sure none of the main power connectors are disconnected. They're by the battery.
