running my pump dry!

Did a fuel pump at SDAC with Jon G., I bent the pump unit. Put a new one in that sits right this weekend due to it losing pressure when tank was 1/2 full.

Still at 1/4 tank when I accelerate I can watch my fuel pressure drop 20lbs (like the pump is running dry) upon acceleration.

it has 8 AN lines, billet rail, mallory reg (which is not functioning properly...holds a steady 39 lbs, diff issue though), +40's, 255 lph pump.

is it possible I am missing some baffles in the tank (its a 90 daytoilet)? is it possibel to cock that tanks while mounting them back in?

The assembly was from and 87, but looked the same, could it not be?

Am I just sipping too much fuel from the tank?

Thx for any input/experiences!

Justin
