what is the difference in a carb on a charger vs. the rampage if any but i was told that rampages had better carbs

No difference in the carbs due to the model of car. There is the difference between the feedback and non-feed back carb and it seems that the '82-'83 Rampages did get more of the non-feedback carbs.
