Ok im stuck .. I dont even want to drive my car anymore.. no matter what I have done my car wont get mroe tahn 8 lights on my airfuel gauge..and my car is runnign lean according to the plugs.. I have put in a walbro 255 pump.. changed teh fuel fiolter, went through 2 sets of stocvk champion spark plugs.. stock range, checvked base fuel pressure and eveyrthing and it was fine.. fpr regulator is workling.. chanegd map sensor, and changed o2 sensor , changed iunjectors twice,... nothing abso******lutly nothing.. im lsot and get this my car hits cutout at around 9 psi wth is that?? its a TII isnt cutout at 14.7.. if i raise it to 11 or 12 psi it cuts out bad.,. plus not getting enough fuel...the lean condition has always been there but this cutout problem just started about 1-2 weks ago so i cant run more than 7-8 psi without cutting out.. im lsot .. tahst it nothing else to change except the smec which i am doing later.. oh yea and get this when i switche dteh o2 sensor it burned out,, liek on teh side it got a hot spot so it was liek it shorted.. yet it still gave me o2 feed back as if it workin fine.. so i dont know.. shoudl i just run withno o2 sensor so it just has me rich all teh time???

How sure are you that what you're getting is overboost shutdown?

ok update.. we finally got it to read 9 bars by rewiring eveyrthing and making better grounds and whatnot.. last prob we have is taht i cant get more than 10 psi no matter whjat gear im in.. i disconnected my wastegate, set boost to 15psi using a mbc.. but it hits 10 fast then stays there?? so im not sure what to do.. im going to switch out the turbo next week.. i me and a friend came to teh conclusion that my car is just running pig ass rich and its not cutting out but just boggin because im getting alot of fuel.. im runing bigger injectors , with a walbro pump and my meter reads full rich now.. so i guess ill stay at 10 psi for now .. its so slow.. though but not much i can do

OK, IVE REDONE THE IC LINES ONCE AGAIN, MADE SURE TEHRE WERE NO LEAKS.. AND STILL AM NOT GETTING MROE THAN 10 PSI.. I FINALLY GOT THE TURBINE HOUSING SWITCHE DON MY OLD TURBO SO IM PUTTING THAT IN THIS WEEKEND AS ITS TEH LAST THING I CAN DO TO GET THE BOOST UP , IVE CHECKED AND RECHECKED ABOUT 10 TO MAKE SURE ALL THE VACUUM LINES ARE CORRECT, CHANEGD FUEL PUMP, FUEL FILTER, MAP SENSOR, USED 2 DIFF G VALVES WHICH WORK GREAT ON OTHER CARS, CHANGED TEH WASTEGATE WITH A WORKING ONE.. NOT SURE WHAT ELSE TO CHECK BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING LEFT.. CHRIS FROM tu SAID IT COULD BE A CRACKED HOUSING OR WHERE THE MANIFOLD MEETS TEH SW ISNT CONNECTING RIGHT.. WHEN I GET INTO BOOST I DO HEAR A WHISTLE SOUND SO I THINK THAT THERE IS A LEAK.. ILL KNOW FOR SURE THIS WEEKEND

Maybe think about switching to or just adding an EGT guage. I had the same problem with my O2 guage didnt care for it...
