90' Daytona here are my mods:

AFPR, Forward Motion Enforcer 2 turbo, Forward Motion stage 2 cam, ported intake/exhaust manifolds, big valve head, 52mm throttle body, 3" exhaust, +20 injectors

My A/F guage started reading lean at boost and I tracked it down to the fuel pump going, replaced the fuel pump with a Walbro 255 (same model as old one).

It is not as lean under boost as before but I still get a lean reading on A/F guage anything over about 13 PSI. I used to have a rich reading before with more boost.

I checked my fuel pressure and I get 30 PSI at idle (37 w/ vac line disconnected).

Is my base settings for the Fuel Pressure too low? My guage jumps around at idle and at speed so I figure it should not be the O2 sensor (no codes), but I could be wrong.

OK, I am just getting started with this stuff here, can I assume "Static" means with the vacuum line disconnected right?

with the stock injectors yes it's 55. with bigger injectors the pressure needs to be lowered.

That is true - with the stock injectors. When you swap to larger injectors you need to lower the base fuel pressure to compensate (unless you have a calibration set up for the injectors.)

However, I have heard of a few people running the +20's at 55psi static. Idle quality and economy will probably suffer, but without a rising rate regulator or a cal, this is the only option if you're flowing that much air.
