T2 injector question

Hi,
I pulled my 87 Daytona Shelby Z from storage to sell it, and it has developed a fuel leak. It seems to be leaking from #4 injector. I can't tell if it's the body or the o-ring. What are the chances that the actual body could be leaking?

I have pulled the injectors and I plan on bringing them down to my friends shop where he rebuilds, cleans and flows them. I'm just curious if anyone has seen these fail.

I just want to make sure it's right in case the new owner has to drive it halfway across the country to get it home. Or in case I have to drive it to the local technical school and donate it for the tax write off.

my 87 did the same thing, I just replace the oring and guess what it was still leaking, had to replace the injector

Thanks for the info. I will know on Monday when my friend powers them up. I did find reman GB injectors for $26.00 each/exchange.

I'll post what I find.
