part throttle unlock solenoid?????

Car won't start and this code comes up (37). What is the part throttle unlock solenoid???? Please help. Need this car running. Thanks.

Has to do with lockup on your tranny. Your car probably doesn't have a lockup torque converter. Ignore it, it's not the cause of your no-start.

Edit:

Is your car a turbo car? If so, 37 doesn't mean "part throttle unlock" at all. On turbo cars it means the baro-read solenoid is not working (disconnected or shorted).
