ChargerMan is keeping the peace
Kind of new to the turbo Mopar's, lots of others Mopars. Been working on this '85 Shelby Charger I bought last fall, it was upgraded to a TII and '87 GLHS stage 2 electronics and was running, just had a lot of blowby in the engine, replaced motor with new motor. Had no spark or fuel after I got it back together, found a bad ground and fixed it. Followed the trouble shooting steps I found on this forum, the car will start and run if I apply ground to the diagnostics connector DB/YL wire. Checked wiring to apply ground to ASD, all good, but what I found is when the key is on or trying to crank it the logic module removes the ground from pin 17 on connector 1. Does this mean the logic module is bad?

Welcome To TD!!!

No...it means the logic module is not seeing a crank signal from the HEP(hall effect pickup)in the distributor.
The ASD is actuated for 1 second with initial key on to pressurize the fuel rail.
The ASD will not be actuated again until a crank signal is seen by the engine controller.
Grounding the DB/YL wire in the diag connector only confirms that the ASD circuit is ok, now you need to diagnose the HEP crank reference signal circuit.
The HEP is a common failure item as well as problems with the connectors(loose, dirty, corroded).
If you replace the HEP do not place any sharp bends in the wiring as the factory had it or you will damage the wiring.

PM being sent with Code 11 diagnostics.
