4G63T 6 Bolt JDM Engine swap in my 1998 neon

hey was wondering if the 4G63T 6 Bolt JDM Engine will fit in my 1998 dodge neon and also if my stock transmition will fit on that engine

One was designed in the mid 70's by Mitsubishi in Japan using metric measurements. Meanwhile, the other was USA designed in the early 1990's using inch measurements and is a direct descendant of another engine that has roots in the 1960's.


What ever made you think they would interchange in any possible way? You cannot possibly think that two four cylinders from two completely different companies will magically interchange somehow? You might as well try using a Honda engine.
