Can anyone give me a PN or car type for a fuel filter with 3/8 in/out. I looked in the general section and could only find carb filters in that size... im pretty sure they dont flow enough for EFI.

Yea, took me long enough to reply to this one, I found it while doing a search on the same question. :big grin: I have a sending unit from an '85 Shelby Charger that had a 3/8" fuel supply line. So, I'm assuming that it's filter had 3/8" at least on one end. I'm heading to the auto parts store this weekend, I'll post what I find.

Mallory makes a nice one that flows 200GPH and has two 3/8" NPT inlets and outlets. I believe the part No. is a 3160.

the fuel filter for an '84 daytona is 3/8 in and out on the same side so it can go in the stock location.

go to napa or southern auto supply for the 84 daytona filter with the 3/8" barbs. If you go to kragen or auto zone or pepboys they will give you a filter with 5/16's fittings.

As mentioned earlier, Napa sells 2 filters for a '84 Daytona. One has 2 5/16" barbs, the other 2 3/8". I just got mine in the mail (no Napa near me), for a 1984 Dodge Daytona, PN: 3464, description: 'Fuel Filter (Gold)'. It'll set you back $11.49 USD.
