I'm about to resurrect my 87 GLHS from the dead (hasn't been run in like 8 years. but motor was rebuilt before it was put away)
I have a stage II LM, should I put this in before I start it, so it gets accustomed to it immediately?
Can I run the stock injectors with it?
I have a RRR, but I'm not putting that in until I get the Walbro, and them +40s, will I have issue with that fuel set-up?
Anyway, for now, I'll be keeping the car stock, until I work out all the issues from the car not running for so long, so should I throw the stage II in it?

Go for it!

I'll be fine, the Stage II was made for stock injectors.

When you put the 40's in set the base FP at 25-28 and tune it from there.

run the one that works. if you have my luck the module in the car that has been sitting will be dead or craok shortly after.
you can use the stock injectors, untill you start adding more then set boost.
be very careful when starting a car after sitting so long the crank and cylinder walls could have serious rust buildup from condensation inside the block. if it were mine i would pull all plugs and soak the cylinders in marvel mystery oil. drain the engine oil and fill with new and crank(do not start) until oil pressure builds up. and becareful listen for knocks or other strange noises.
if it was rebuilt prior to storage then at worst all you need is rings and bearings and gasket to reseal the engine. happy motoring
