Taylor Wires made the 8mm Mopar Performance set a while ago which had a pentastar instead of the "T" on them and MP written on them, the set includes both coil sets for the SOHC 8V's but are only available in the Taylor version, I use these.

I've run Magnecore's on my Shadow for years now and have no complaints, they've never missed a beat.

Nology wires are great if you can afford a set, will out perform any others out there.
They cost 150 but hey i see guys bidding on a shelby valve cover for 240 thats having too much money.
I have seen dayno test on these and they work, even reducing EGT.

How much performance increase can I expect from performance wires over stock wires?

Usually ignition wires are replaced/upgraded when the current wires are old, so any power advantage could be due to worn out wires. I would not believe any wires' claim to add significant horsepower.

As long as there were no problems with any of the wires, going from a set of new OEM wires to new Magnecors, I think the only 'performance' that you would see on a dyno plot is a smoother line in the higher rpm range. Magnecor wires will also last longer than any other wires I have ever used, with their high durability spiral core to their 100% silicone race wire insulation used on the 8.5mm and 10mm wires instead insuperior hypalon, etc. I have used the Magnecors with an MSD ignition on a couple T2 cars and my 5.2L Magnum Dakota and think that ther may have some longevity benefits with the higher energy setup there too.

just my 2.2 cents...

Ditto! In terms of resistance, they're in the top 3 or 4, and half (sometimes more like a quarter) the price of the others. You can't beat $45 CDN delivered to your door!

And they look damn nice. I gotta get some for the rest of my cars
