I have discovered other problems.

Along with my fuel pump not priming, I also have no spark.

I should have checked that earlier for everyone's sake.

I don't know if it could be the SMEC or connections, because I still get full dash display and error codes (currently just 11 and 12).

Everything appears to be connected the way it was before the engine was ever pulled.

I figure I may need to swap a SMEC to make sure it's not that.

I'm at a loss otherwise.

Code 11: Bad HEP or wiring.

No fuel/spark with bad HEP.

When the fuel pump does not even prime, 99% of the time it's the SMEC or your ASD relay could be bad.
