There should be three wires coming off of it. One goes to 12v, one to ground, and one taps into the o2 sensor. The o2 sensor wire comes inside the car to the LM, so pull off the kickpanel on the passenger side and it's a black wire(I believe it's the only black wire).....I don't remember if it goes to the blue or red harness off the top of my head.
Make sure to solder all the connections and use a good ground that isn't shared with anything else.

only black wire in like 16 gauge on the blue connector. Closest to the fire wall. www.minimopar.net should have a pinout location for you. Like DWH said, solder all connections, run ground to Battery.
