if you dont already have it, this utility should help: http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/fr.../portmon.shtml
it kind of gets in the middle of things and shows you everything that is happeneing on the serial port, in hex or ascii.
what year did chryco start using DRB2?

PortMon is what I use you told me about it a while back on another forum, but it doesn't show the baud rate at which the DRB2 is running. It does show the HEX output of the DRB. I just can't get the loggers to capture it.
DRB2 is about the same unit as the OTC 4000, it looks like it runs the same year cars as the OTC does.

hmm, it should show the baud rates. do a really short session and then scroll all the way back up to the top (it fills up REAL fast as im sure youre aware). the baud rate should be in all the inititialization stuff before the data starts.
