If I were you I'd go to www.******************** and talk to them. They kind of cater them to your needs.
20 psi will be about the max on +20s, from what I understand. You might want to run 18 or so, just to be safe.

Depends on the turbo, what his setup is etc. There all different. I got 23 ish PSI on +20's and 18 on the stockers with the stock turbo, ported head etc.

Simon,
You're a good guy, and very informative, but you always type stuff like this, and I think you've been using extra injectors as well. On straight +20s, without extra injectors, I haven't heard of too many running over 20 pounds...it doesn't sound very safe to me. If 15 psi is around the ragged edge of the stock fuel system, 20% more would bring you up to about 18 psi.
I'll state it again, mr. moderator, mr. my dog is better than yours, you have to mention those extra injectors when talking about said subject.

If you havent bought the injectors yet, I would go with some +40's and run some wicked boost with that 3 bar cal.
But yes, go to ******************** have heard nothing but good things with thier programming.

turbosunleashed should be able to tell when they're doing the cal if the duty cycle on the +20's is going to max out or not..

dude, my pound has your dog!!!!
Anyhow, sorry, to clarify, I ran the +20's with no extra injectors and had plenty more fuel to go at 23 psi. I ran the stock injectors at max duty cycle and 3 cold starts at 18 psi-stock turbo.
With my new setup, Paul said 18 psi max with my +20's and full duty cycle.
Pffttttttttt.
And I still stand by its almost impossible to guess max psi on any injector as every car/van is different.

Yeah, you have this nasty habit of forgetting about those extra injectors when talking about your fuel system.
"Sure, you can run 20 psi on stock injectors." when you mean "Sure, you can add extra injectors to the stock system to support 20 psi."
Think of the newbies, man!

I like ya man, and not trying to make an enemy or anything, but I've got to accept your challenge.
+20's.... how much boost, all the time?
+20's.... how much boost, all the time?
I could only find two. I remember back when I was trying to learn about extra boost based on the different fuel setups specific to these cars, i think maybe you were experimenting with it on your van too.
And beyond that...stop trying a frickin hilter.

Hahaahaha, there the same thread, ooops!! And that one was with my +20's with which I don't use the cold starts. I only used them with my stockers,
I apprecitate the effort but when all is said and done, your dog sucks,

I am running +20's in a 2.5 and have a cal set-up for 20psi. I definately wouldn't want to run any more than that, but I get 9-10 lights at WOT with my set-up (at stock FP).
