I found a good deal on some 550 CC high impedence injectors.....I was just wondering if these would be a bolt in for a TD car....Also wouldn't these be equivalent to +40's.....Well anyone please let me know and i will go from there....

you need to find out at what fuel pressure the 550cc rating applies. if it is 55 psi then yes, the physical size is the same or close enough to 52 lbs/hr to act as +40s.
the only other real problem is that they are high impedance. turbo dodge engine controllers are designed to work with low impedance. while high impedance injectors will work on most setups designed for low impedance injectors, the dodge engine controllers pull a few tricks to try to determine if any injectors have gone bad. the high impedance injectors may not pull enough current to satisy this test, and as such the ecu may consider the injectors bad or missing.
if by a "good deal" you mean free, and if they satisfy the sizing requirement above, throw em in and see what happens (if you have a +40 cal). otherwise you may want to pass them up or do a little more research.
