Aftermarket ignition?

I'm looking for an aftermaket ignition for my 89 Turbo II/Neon hybrid. Nothin realy special just something to keep up with the higher boost levels once I upgrade.

All the fast guys say the stock ignition is fine but I am of the old school, more is better, lol!
I used an Aurora coil and wires, there made locally near my town, and its a flame thrower. Its rated for up to 100,000 volts and they have dyno proof of back to back cars/trucks where all they change is the coil and sometimes wires too and see gains from 10-25 whp.
On a turbo, you don't want the flame going out so you want more spark. My coil puts out soo much juice, if I pull a plug wire off and don't ground it, the spark jumps out from under the cap-quite neat actually!

the stock system will do the same job, up to a certain point. after that point it probably doesnt really matter what brand/model of coil you go with, as long as it puts out a little more power. i think the dyno proof of more power is a leftover from the days of carburators and points ignition; modern electronic ignitions wont see the same gains since they are so much better to begin with.

I'm always skeptical about these things. See, outfits like this will do the work and dyno testing, etc...but you can bet that they didn't do any of that for our cars...it's just not worth the effort for them. Now the old style oil-filled ignition coil is a standard part that was used on all kinds of Mopars, so by proxy we may see some benefits. More often than not for these kinds of things, they will stock parts for lots of cars that they did no testing at all on...simply by rebranding/painting generic parts. Without inside info, there is no way to know. Do said Aurora is local. Do you have any inside info?

I'm not trying to knock what you are doing or this company directly...just pointing out that it seems like a lot of companies like to play these kinds of marketing ploys and it really irritates me.

I am in Langley, BC and there up the street in Abbotsford. Started small and are medium sized. There wire sets are better than anything on the market. MSD terminals always come off, theres never do. I have one of there wires cut apart, you should see the size of the Taylor super race 10mm wires-what a rip off, its got like a 5mm core,
Anyhow, they tested some FI trucks, cars etc.
The reason I use them and found out how well they work, the coils that is, was my B250 van had a worn out 318 with 8 different comp readings, went thru out Province sniffer and failed Hydrocarbons. I have a good MSD OE replacement and Aurora wires. The rep came around that week, fate you would say, and gave his speel. I tried one of his coils, regapped plugs to .060" and went back thru, pass with flying colours. I have been sold ever since.
I also like them because they will custom make me wires, or modify sets etc for me for free or a tiny charge.

Maybe I should have been more specific. I'm looking for a capacitive discharge setup (MSD, Crane, Etc.) I'm looing for close to 400whp when all is said and done.
