Ok, new motor/turbo/head, and shes puffing whitish/grey smoke at idle, no PCV valve, just open, but car has almost 2 years old fuel? Will this cause a smoking problem?

yes, so will crud in the exhaust/head/manifold, etc... and new motors will also burn a bit of oil until the rings seat. Go out and give it a good drive if there are no leaks, break it and I bet it stops.

GET NEW GAS before running boost, lol.

Gotcha, plugs are fine(rich only from FWD Stg 5 cal) no oil on them, turbo has no shaft play and no oil in the lower IC pipe. Running Wiseco's with tighter ring gap for better sealing under boost. . .I figured a little smoke but this is crazy. . .smells awful too but it hasn't lost coolant or oil. Have you had the same problem before?

yup, my rampage smoked on 3yr old fuel the first time I fired it... then on my charger - it had new rings (NEW 75 miles total on it) and smoked a bit at idle and decel until the rings seated (about 100 miles more of off/on boost). Then my turbo went, LOL, it smoked at idle, but was obvious it was the turbo.
