I just got the Lebaron out of storage and I do not have any power at the fuel pump. Can someone tell me which relay goes to the pump?
Thanks

The ASD relay.

Take note that you won't have power at the pump for more than a second or so with the key in the on position, unless the engine is turning.

If you mean you applied power to the ASD relay, causing it to "turn on", and the pump still didn't work, then no, the HEP has nothing to do with it.

Check for +12V in and out of the relay.

Check to see if mice got to the fuel tank harnesses.

Is the pump fused on these cars? If so where is it?
Thanks again

Well I did some more testing and I still have no luck here, I replaced the ASD relay and that did not work, I put a test light on the positive side of the coil and when I turn on the key I have no voltage there untill I start cranking the motor over then it lights up, I also tried putting 12V on the positive side of the coil with the key off and I still do not have power at the pump. I checked all the fuse links and they are ok. Can someone tell me where to start tracing the power out to see where the hold up is.

The fuel pump feed goes through the bulkhead connector, through the left side body connector, and then to the tank. It should be a 14 guage black wire with a dark green stripe. I would apply power to the positive coil terminal like you did and then start probing this wire at each cavity. Could be a broken splice, corroded terminal, etc. The same circuit goes to the fuel injector harness, so check for 12V there too.

When you put 12V on the coil does it energize the relay and does the power feed back thru the firewall to the pump from there?

No. You are just back-feeding the relay output, effectively hot-wiring the rest of the circuit. The coil, injectors, and fuel pump are all on the same circuit, which is fed by the ASD relay output. If you detect 12V while cranking, then the ECU, ASD and friends are all working. Something is wrong with the wiring itself, it would seem.

I should also mention that on some vehicles, I have found that hot wiring the coil does not always get the fuel pump to run. It will get some voltage, just not enough to run it. The coil wire is pretty small and it just can't carry all that current.
