Before I went with the bigger injectors and FMU, I was running 10# of boost on the stock injectors. Plugs looked pretty pale so I went with more fuel.

Today I turned the gain down until the AF went lean then turned it back up a hair to get 10 lights...Boost spikes to 18-19psi then settles down to 17...full boost at 4000Rpm. It feels faster...still no wheelspin unless I bring the boost up before I launch.

Speaking of which...how much boost can these 2.5s run on 93 octane?

every engine is different, and cam and ign. timing plays a large factor. However
I had no problem running 12PSI on my car with no IC and stock injectors with the mitsu still on there 93oct. YMMV.

You're probably getting close to the limit at 18-19psi, but there's always alky!
That will gain you another 10+psi!

Last Cherokee I had had Factory Posi and the transfer case that lets you drive in full-time 4x4 (AWD)...would have been sick
There is a group of guys out in Yuma, AZ that have turbo'd 4.0L Wranglers. I talk to them every now and then on line. They're pushing 24-25psi + 75hp shot of NOS! They claim they're getting over 600hp to the wheels! (150hp a corner) Now thats a sleeper!

Read up on the alky link... 4sfed4 is running 34-35psi on alky!
All you need is a pump, a tank, and an injector nozzle, a presure switch kicks the system on at a preset boost level, and wah-lah, crank up the boost and hold onto the wheel. I should warn you though, it is quite addictive! (sort of like NOS, but much easier, safer, & cheaper)
