3.0 not holding fule pressure

my 3.0 all of a sudden stopped holding fule pressureyesterday when i turn it off, it goes to 0psi almost as soon as i turn it off. Could the fule pressure regulator cause this or a leakey injector?

bad fuel press reg is common on these, pull the vac line off and see if there is fuel in it, if so replace it sorry reply is so late.
