hook it up and test its spray, look at how it sprays, measure what pressure youre getting out, remember you want to be at some pressure X above boost pressure, whatever pressure that nozzle is rated at or atomizes the water best should = X. once youve done that, get a bucket and flow water for 20 seconds, measure that amount of water in CC's (remember 1ml = 1cc) and multiply by 3 to calculate CC/min flow of that injector. but when you do this remember to adjust the pressure so its what the pressure will be when at boost. so, lets say youre running 20 psi of boost and you want to be 40 psi above boost pressure (because your nozzle works best at 40psi as an example) so you would set your pump at 60 psi normally, well to test flow you want to turn the pump down to 40 psi and test the flow at that rate because that will be the real world pressure when youre running 20psi of boost and have your pump set to 60 psi. once you have determined what the flow of each nozzle is, match the one that flows closest to the flow that matches your setup using this calculator at the bottom of this page

The nitrous nozzle will just drizzle and you can't get a spray out of it. Tonyz2897 and i tried at 90 psi of alky pressure. We used a wet nozzle and put a jet blank in the nitrous side to plug it it works well enough to destroy the modified a413 tranny at 28-30 psi of boost. Now i've got his car and am putting an a555 in it. We used a boat gas tank bought at wal- mart, a boost pressure switch and solenoid from ebay, the wet nos nozzle, and a $75 fuel pump for a 78 nissan 280z (puts out 90psi) bought new from autozone, some lines, and an led on the dash that lights up when it kicks on. The 6 gallon boat tank may have been overkill but it fits perfect in the spare tire well. Jet the nozzle very rich and then reduce the size accordingly monitoring your a/f gauge and egt's. I think Tony wrote a "how to" on here somewhere or maybe on boostedmopar.

Yeah, What John said.
The nitrous side of a wet nozzle isn't fit to spray fuel (think waterfall) no atomization at all, more of a solid stream. I'm assuming that a dry type nozzle would be the same way. On the other hand, the fuel side of a wet nozzle works great. Just plug the nitrous side, and use the fuel side with whatever size jet you need for the ammount of alky you want to flow. The reason I like this setup over the regular misting nozzle is that you can simply change jets to tune instead of having to swap out the whole nozzle for a different one.
HTH,
Tony
