I'm not sure on the nozzle size of this water injection kit I got. If it was to much water going into the motor,what would happen if I just added more alky? Would I be less likely to hydrolock the motor if I had like a 75% alky to 25% water mix?

I don't think you would "hurt" your motor, your power would just fall off. I was mixing 2/3 alky to 1/3 distilled water, untill I discovered that the alky I was using was already diluted with 30% water.
So now I just pour it strait into the tank, no more mixing!
