Methanol injection - do I need forged pistons?

Methanol injection drastically decreases combustion temperatures, as well as detonation. Do you guys think I'd need forged pistons to run 25-30 psi with a progressive meth. injection kit?

I know they're great insurance, but if you build a healthy system such as this, are they still required?

NO you dont NEED forged pistons,my friend was running low 12's on cast pistons and nitrous. If the setup is right you wont have anyproblems BUT like you said there a cheap insurance and if you have the money and the engine is out. I would do forged so you can have a peace of mind. If not go cast then.
