how much boost have you run intercooled or non with the water injection?

how much boost, 1/4 mile times, how much power, the car you have, intercooled or not.

i think we are all dying to know.

Well, don't die on me!
My car is a 'K body Lebaron 2 dr. '86 model year. 2.2 T1, A413 trans.
With alcohol/water injection I usually run around 15-16 lbs boost at the track. I also add a bit of race gas to be safe. On the street I lower it a bit to 14lbs or so while running Premium fuel 92 octane around here.

On street tires (195/70/14) with a 2.3xx 60' time, I have been around 15.3 in the 1/4 mile at 86-87 mph. The 1/8 mile time is 9.7xx at 70-72 mph. I'm pretty sure the car would go high 14's with slicks and a 60' time of 2.0 or 2.1.

The car is my daily driver for the last 5 years. Very dependable at this power level. I have not broken anything yet.

With large IC, 2/3 Sunoco and 1/3 race gas, homemade alky, I run over 31psi. Can't tell how much over because the logging is pegged at 29.4 and the guage only goes up to 30. My best runs 11.5 @ 120 were at 29 psi.

I have got to get an alky setup for next year as the boost levels you guys are running and the power you are putting down with them is awesome.

I added a 2 1/2" downpipe and removed the cat from my '86 Lebaron.
This seemed to gain me around .25 second compared to my previous
best time. As it stands now, running a non-intercooled log intake motor, the car has run back to back 14's. It went 14.98 and then 14.97 in the 1/4, with both passes doing the 1/8 mile in 9.51.
Boost level was 17 pounds. (graingered)
The season is over for this year, so no more runs until spring. :(

I ran 28 psi through a single DSM cooler on pump gas with nothing but the alcohol for extra fuel. The alky worked great and the engine never suffered any heat or detonation related damage. The auto tranny... well, that's a different story.

What, you don't have it anymore?

29psi, RX7 turboII ic on the dyno with C16-stock TIII turbo on my 8v engine, slightly ported head. 236.5 whp.

22-24 psi at the track with C16-same a/a, both 15 deg base timing. 14.1@95mph

New engine, T3/T4 turbo, same ic, 25 psi 4 gallons gas, 1 gallon Toluene-15 deg initial also.

On my Shelby Z, stock intercooler, single stage water injection( using winter washer fluid) 21 to 23 psi with 93 pump gas. Good for a 13.4 at 102.3.
