Stock clutch will not handle that, my bad I thought we were just talking tranny there.
I really recommend the 6 puck with the blue plate from TU. It's very easily streetable, great clutch. I have a 6 puck in my daily driver, and a 4 puck in my shadow. The 4 puck is kinda grabby, but the 6 puck is nearly like the stock disc! The pedal is a little stiffer because the pressure plate is stronger, but the engagement is pretty smooth.
Another choice if you don't want a full ceramic is to get the ceramic/organic from TU. I believe this clutch just uses a stock T3 pressure plate, so only a hair more pedal effort than a stock T2, and the disc is 9 puck ceramic on the flywheel side and organic like the stock clutch on the pressure plate side. That clutch would hold 300 WHP and would be the best compromise in driveability and grip in the daily driver with 300 WHP.
