auto to 5-speed? whats it involve?

I was debating on whether or not to throw a 5 speed on my little rampage...I would really like one.

Question is, what all goes into converting the car from auto to 5-speed?

a manual k-frame, center console, bobble shock, of course pedals, cables, and shifter, and possibly a computer
