so i put on a brand new cv axel that i ordered from napa.
2 days later it broke.
i have no idea what could do this soo quickly?

i did replace all the motor mounts and transmission mounts.
BEFORE IT BROKE!
could it possibly be a stripped trans axel?

It could be the engine/trans all out of alignment. If the axles are turning at the wrong angles they will be stressed and break. You said you replaced all the mounts. There is a procedure for centering and leveling everything to make sure you don't break axles.

did the inner joint break. Engine could need centered. With the car on the ground remove both axle nuts (the big one I think 32 or 33 mm) push each axle in as far as it will go and see if each side goes in about the same amount. If not shift the engine until they both go in the same amount.
Did you use parts store mounts? Parts store mounts suck. I have a 3.8 mini and it started to shake under hard acceleration about 8 years ago. One of the first things I replaced was the front mount didn't fix anything. After 2 years or so of it driving me crazy I found the new aftermarket mount was about as good as the worn out OEM mount. Poly mounts are the way to go. you can get them directly from Johhny at polymounts.com or from Cindy at fwdperformance.com check the vendor section of the board out.

Which mount ended up fixing your hard shake? When you say front mount on mini do you mean the mount under radiator or above serp belt? Having the same problem with my mini except its a moderate shake at 35 to 45 MPH accelerating.

The one by the radiator. I found a filled mount in the truck of a daytona I bought. When I popped that in the shake went away. I have since just about beat the urathane or what ever he filled it with out and the shake is coming back just not as bad yet. I will be putting in the poly mount next.

i took out the trans axel and it looks BAD.
so im just going too put a straight axel in it too
eliminate the trans axel.
i believe an 84 axel will work.
