I have a 1985 Dodge GLHT with the A525 Tranny, and it makes a slight grinding noise when I put it into 5th. I think it is the 5th speed synchro going bad, so I was going to go ahead and replace it. Before I try it, what else could be making this noise. If the synchro is bad, how hard is it o repace?
