Trans swap

Im going to be removing the stock trans from my 85 lancer.
To replace it with an a-555
I was wondering if there was anything that will be different when installing the a-555. Like axle shafts or anything like that.

yup axles the shifter cables MIGHT be differnt depending on yers A555

should..other than the axles, your car i dont know for sure but it might be linkage if it is your have to swap it all out..
