miss matched discs and pressure plates?

I have a centerforce clutch kit I came into through some trading and bartering. I've heard that the discs are less than stellar. I was wondering about mixing another manufacturers disc with the centerforce pressure plate? Anyone tried it? Feedback?

I run a centerforce II presure plate and a sacs stock disc. When I got the clutch it had a luk that came with it. Just a little info the centerforce clutch is a luk unit painted orange and weights added to the center where the fork engages it. Going to upgrade to Gary's $300 clutch set.
