That sucks! I am going to try adj the kickdown cable. Just seems like something not right. Do you know the cause of it, I have one trans shop tell that the clearances I had where the problem? That didnt sound right either.

If the clearances are wrong, you'll have a clunky, sloppy transmission. The mods I think make it kickdown like this. I have driven a non modified auto and it doesn't do it. Don't worry too much about it.

I made this a sticky because this info isn't on anyones website. When Joe gets someone to host it, I will take it down, otherwise this will get culled when Rocky or whomever does some thread pruning.
