Anyone ever had their rims professionally repaired/refinished?

Ive got one extra Centurion II rim that has a bent lip.

Has anyone ever sent their rims out to be professionally repaired/refinished?

If so, where?

what was the cost?

and where you happy with the outcome?

i worked and was the place that accepted and sent them for repair. bent they dont fix, scratched, road rashed, not clear coat, and thats about it. they normally will not fix a bent lip, because heating it to bend it causes the structural intergrity to be compromised. those wheels would go out and come right back and become scrap

I use a shop in Surrey, they repair all kinds of bent, damaged rims. Just had a severely bent and damaged Cirrus mag repaired, cost me $180.

Yeah, I emailed back and forth with Carl a few times, and totally forgot about it! I owe him a picture of the rim so he can decide what to do.
