I would like to know if the front and rear suspension from a very rusty 85 glh turbo parts car I have will fit in my cherry 79 horizon

Also are the cv shaft splines in the knuckles the same?

Thanks

Give it a shot, you'll have to swap the whole k-member.. Hope your k-member isn't too rusty..

suspension parts are ok just body is a little too far gone (NE rust sucks)
I was figuring on changing the whole subframe anyway
wondering if the 79 axles will work with the later knuckles
didnt want to change drivetrain at this time
The 1.7 4sp runs like a top and gets great mpg
just wanted to see if i could stiffen up suspension for a little better handling and braking

That's a good question on the axles.. I'd try sliding one of them into the new knuckles before you go through all the work.
