The guy i bought it from installed 11" brakes on the rear, but did not bleed it. The brakes all together just don't work all to well. I tried to bleed it but nothing was coming out of the rear calipers, does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be? Thank you!

Make sure the right caliper is on right side and vise versa. Calipers installed on the wrong side will not bleed.

if it still has the stock front brakes and stock master cylinder, etc, i would put it back to stock. I dont know if the brakes on those cars are ever that great. The brakes on my shelby charger kinda suck, even with minivan front brakes and a daytona m/c

Also see if they change the prop value. The 11" brakes on a rear of l body are overkill there alot people that complain that the rear lock up way to easy.

it can be a huge pain in the ass getting fluid through the lines. the best/cheapest/wasiest way is to get some clear tubing, hook it to the bleeder nipple, and just suck until you get fluid into the hose.

i fought with my omnis brake lines for a long time before i decided to do that, and it worked like a charm
