I got a set of pizza and I need new rubber for them, how large can i got, its for an 87 shelby Z. can I fit 225/50 on them and still clear everythign else?

225/50 has been done but its getting wide for a 6" wide rim. I would go with a 215 as my widest but like I said it has been done.

Hmm, my pizza's are 6.5" wide, yet I don't think more than 215 would be very good on them.

no pizza is 6.5" wide. Read the back where it's casted in the size. It'll read 15x6.0JJ. Most Crabs and the shelby rims are 6.5" wide. Like above a 225/50 will fit but isn't ideal. Heck I run a 205 on my 6.5" crab and it looks good and handles great.

sure across the whole thing they're 6.5" but bead to bead and the way the tire is sized they're only 6".
