A friend of mine is performing a rear wheel drive conversion on his 90 Daytona, and was wondering if there is any way to use front rotors from the later Caravans with the 4.5" pattern? He's putting an 8 3/4 under the back end and would like to keep front and back bolt patterns the same.
Thanks.

It is possible to use the 5x120mm hubs from a caravan but that is more like 5x4.7" so it probably won't help...

Oh ok.. I remembered it incorrectly... The caravan is indeed 5x114 (5x4.5").

It would work best to start from a 91+ kframe in that case and use the spindles from a newer van. They are the same other than a slight difference on the tie rod connection. Or if you have the 91+ bolt in spindles already just buy the hubs for a caravan they will bolt right in.

I put the Caravan front hub/bearing assembly on an 89-90 spindle on one of my Daytonas once to get a set of 4.5x5 wheels to fit. So they will bolt up to the 89-90 or the 91+ spindles with no problems. You obviously have to get a set of 4.5 van 11" rotors as well.
