My lancer lifts a ton when I get on the gas. It feels like I'm ready to blast off to outer space hahaha. So I was wondering what shocks I should get for the front, and what style. I don't have a large budget at all, so koni's are probably out of the question. Any advice, thoughts are welcome. And links with your ideas would be great.

Thanks! Zach.

KYB Gas-a-just shocks are pretty good for the price. They might still make Konis for your car.

Even if you want to buy Koni, you won't find them.

I had these on my lebaron gtc. There is nothing performance oriented about them, sorry. You would do at least as well as those shocks if you went down to napa.
The MP shocks actually did look like some re-painted, re boxed monroes.

Both are cheap though, and better than worn out blown ones.

I disagree when I put them on it made a huge difference and they lasted 5 years and are still going strong. They were comparable to ones that came on the 87 shelby lancers

well I've been looking around and I can't find anything for my car...it shouldn't be this hard to get some freaking shock absorbers. Anyone actually "know" of some good shocks for a lancer?

You can't find any performance struts/shocks because they don't exist for turbo dodge anymore, unless if they are custom.
