I have a 98 neon r/t. I put on 91 spirit knuckles. I'm using the neon calipers with the spirit caliper bracket. I want to go bigger brakes. I heard I can get the calipers and brakets from a caravan. What year caravan would work? What does the caliper and bracket look like? I was at the junkyard today. One caravan had brakes that look like my current brakes. Another caravan had brakes that look totally different except for it looks like it might bolt into the knuckles I have now.
Also, am I going to need the master cylinder and proportioning valve from the caravan? Or something else?

heres a pic of the knuckles/ caliper bracket I am using now.

I was just reading and it said the upgrade is 11" brakes from an 89+ labaron/spirit/daytona/caravan
So can someone post a picture or even a description of what the calipers and brackets look like? I don't want to grab the wrong ones.

you need 91+ parts to work with those 91 spirit knuckles. the 89 daytona shelby pieces have the caliper bracket as part of the knuckle (basically the same setup though). unless you can score on spirit/daytona or 91+ shelby/iroc 11" brakes, there is an alternative. find an early 90's caravan with 15 inch rims and the larger bolt pattern (not our 5x100mm). you just need the calipers and brackets....they will bolt to your spirit knuckles. you will need to buy rotors for an 89+ daytona, 91-92 spirit, etc with the big brakes. the caravan brakes are the same exact pieces, just the (91+ bolt on hub) has the wider bolt pattern!
