well im doing a front wheel bearing on the shadow this weekend and cant find the book that has all the specs in it .any help would be great

Depending on which year Shadow you have, you may have the later bolt-on hub assembly or the 2 piece press in bearing assembly. The torque spec on the 4 bolts for the bolton is 45ft. lbs. Do them up in a cross pattern, the axle shaft hub nut is 180 ft. lbs. for all applications. The caliper adapter is 160 ft. lbs. Tie rod end is 35 ft. lbs. Pinch bolt for the lower ball joint - 105 ft. lbs. 92 & later, 70 ft. lbs. for the earlier models (Shadows), and the wheel lugs are 95-100ft. lbs....hope that helps you.
