Well, the easiest way to do a conversion would be to find the front spindles from an Omni GLH or Shelby Charger and the rear end, if you want to keep the stock rear drum, find any 5 lug Chrysler and remove the backing plate, drum, and all of the parts to the drums, or if you can just get the rear from the GLH or Shelby Charger, that would be easy. One of the other options you could do is change out the front wheel bearings from the 4 to 5 lug bearings.

Something you can't do without modification of the entire strut and strut mount is use the front spindles from any other car other than an L-body, or Charger, Omni, Horizon, Turismo, Rampage, or Scamp. The spindles on these cars are different from any of the other Dodges and Chryslers.

For the neon side, I know you can do some modifications and use the struts from the neon, and it is considered some kind of performance upgrade to coil overs, but if I remember correctly, it uses daytona spindles, but I don't remember for certain, and there is modifications galore on that modification.

I know that I have already rambled on, but if you would like some 5 wheel lug rear end from a Lancer that I could pull off all of the rear end parts that you would need. In terms of the front. It is a rarity to see L-body parts come up for sale here on TD.com, and I dislike it, but that is just me, most people don't want to part with them. But that should be about it, if I forget something I will add on when I remember. If you have anymore questions, just ask. I have no life and spend most of my day on this site. Good luck. Matt

I installed minivan spindles on my charger, I had to narrow the knuckle where the strut mounts.
