I'm SURE I saw a double adjustable insert that had both adjustments up top. I know what you're talking about, I've seen that too. The one I remember had an adjuster up top(I think it was a hex key), then it had a window looking thing below that with the other adjustment. Maybe I'm imagining things though! LOL
