whats the difference between a 86 glh master cylinder vs. 91 caravan cylinder? i swapped everything from my charger and the calipers had "91 caravan" on them (had---painted over) i have the glh cylinder on now, but i was looking at my charger and it says 91 caravan on the master cylinder too.
im running stock rear drums on the omni for now. as far as driveability, its fine stops ok, but havent tryied to really stop that thing yet. should i swap this in there?

were there any numbers on the top of the very end of the cylinder on both. One should have a 7/8 or a 4 on both of them, that is the best way to tell the difference. the one that would have the 4 would actually be a 24mm cylinder and would be a better one for your car, since it sounds like you have 60mm front calipers.

No problem, and I completely understand the whole cold thing. I am just south of you, and it has been freakish here with it being 64 one day then the next it was 32, and I am not joking. But if the MC has the same markings as the brake hardware, I would think that they were from the same car, and more than likely, the MC is the 24mm, But I also went and looked, if it is the dime-a-dozen MC that came on damn near all of the TD, it will have a 1 on the very front of the MC on the top. Thought I would let you know, so you just have to look at it and tell which one it is. Good luck, Matt
