ok, so i think it might be time to look at more than straight line speed in the baron... not too many straights in vermont . anyway.... its an 85, and this is what i was thinking:

-2" eibach drop springs
-sport struts KYB or eibach
-1 1/4" front swaybar
- put a rear sway bar on it?

how hard would it be to fabricate a rear sway bar onto my car? im sure it would help... approximate costs and places to find these parts is what im looking for, thanks

New struts and shocks help, polyurethane bushings all around make a huge difference. Get them for your swaybar and control arms. Strut tower bars are available online at Welcome to FWD Performance, Inc. or ebay. A good alignment will work wonders as well. I like -1.5* camber on the front wheels and -1.0* or -0.5* on the rear wheels will make your car feel like it's on rails.

i know the strut tower bars are readily availible for udner 100... so thats a definate. i have a 1/18" sway bar on a 93 sundance in my yard.. will that fit on the baron? also the bushings are a definate.. now if i can find someone other than our tech center auto program that does allignments i'd be all set, i was in aut for a quarter and a half and the teachers a complete idiot.. i wouldnt even let him wash my car let alone work on it. are springs universal on these cars?

oh.. and i dont know exactly what a bobble strut is, but im gunna guess and say it has something to do with how much the engine moves, has anyone tried putting one of these on an auto and if so how did it work?

Bobble strut is unnecessary on auto cars, just get the solid polyurethane motor mounts and your engine will stay put. Now if you ever swap to a 5spd, then the bobble strut is needed so you don't break your mounts or mounting brackets.
