Has anyone ever tried to do an independent rear suspention setup on one of there TDs????

I really like the ride of having 4 wheel coil-overs, and being able to raise and lower your car when you want...Not to mention the handling that it gives you.

I was thinking of maybe even going all out and tring to take a 4ws(4-wheel-steering) model of some early honda prelude and making a 4ws LANCER!!!!! It would give me the suspention that i want. And would be hella custom!!!
I know that there is manual racks in the earlier models, and motor driven racks in the later years. Not even sure where i'd start with looking into it......

Lets get the topic started!!!!!

TIA

it's pointless in a FWD car. Nissan put IRS in the maxima then went back to a twist beam because it isn't needed in a FWD car. You can do rear adjustable ride height springs in the back. It's easy and works. But trying to do IRS is a lot of work for nothing. Now if you were driving the rear wheels fine. But you're not so don't worry too much about them. You don't want the rear to stick to much. It needs to slide more than the front.
