a hoist, trans jack, Snap-on tools, air impact...
but really you need a good floor jack, jack stands, 18mm line wrench, punch, hammer, pliers, 15mm socket, ratchet, 18mm socket, and a couple other tools. remove 4 bolts for the rack to crossmember, remove front tires, remove tie rod ends to spindle, remove 2 oil feed lines (at pump or at rack - pump is easier) remove steering shaft to rack roll pin and separate. remove 2 bolts and 2 nuts holding crossmember to body. drop crossmember, remove rack. to install reverse removal proceedure. or get a shop manual and follow the directions.
