I have a 85 GLH Omni and I'm wondering if I fit a 24.5x8.5x15 on it with the right rim backspacing? If I can't run that size can I run the 23x8.5x15 with the right backspacing? I know I can run the 23x7.5x15 but I'd like to go bigger if I could. I have approx. 350whp with a A-568. I think the taller tire would benefit the low gearing of the 568. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I plan on buying new rims for the slicks so the backspacing can be from 35-40mm. I also have long studs front and back so spacers could be used. Thanks

I know I'm I'm new to this site but I know someone has someone has some info. for me. I've read some guys have 24.5 in. slicks on there omni but I haven't read what backspacing or spacers they used. Any info. would be greatly appreciated. I know Cindy at FWDP said the 23x7.5 would fit better but with 568's final drive I'm pretty sure I'm going tro run out of gear unless I wind the piss out it.

Are they M&H's or MT's? Any wheel spacers?
